Wine For Art

For the past 10 years, Soroptimist International of Oceanside/Carlsbad has hosted this exquisite event that raises scholarship funds for talented local high school seniors. Wine For Art is taking a one-year hiatus in 2011; however, we will be awarding scholarships to 2012 high school seniors. Please check back in the spring for information on how to apply.

Since 2000, more than $25,000 has been given in scholarships to local aspiring artists, and in 2010 we were pleased to present $8,000 to four local high school seniors who planned to major in the arts. The scholarship is given to different art mediums each year, including performing arts, visual arts and graphic arts.
