Salad Luncheon

hope you will plan to attend the 28th annual Salad Luncheon.
The annual Salad Luncheon is Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad's longest-standing fundraiser. Club members prepare a wide variety of delicious salads and desserts for the lunch, and local celebrities do the serving.
The Salad Luncheon includes two traditional dishes: our famous hot chicken salad, and our famous taco salad. But this year, we will do a new twist on the taco salad by having a taco salad bar, where you choose the toppings. With Pat and Oscar's delicious breadsticks, and coffee donated by Starbucks, you'll have a great meal.
The event is loyally supported by many of the same people year after year, which makes it a great place to catch up with old friends and be introduced to new ones.
This year's theme is "Fiesta del Corazon," which means "Party of the Heart." It reflects the purpose of the event, which is to raise money for local charities, plus it ties into Valentine's Day, which will be the following week.
