Welcome to the official Web site of Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad, California. Soroptimist International is a worldwide group of women in business, who work to advance human rights and the status of women and girls.

Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad raises funds, awards scholarships, and provides financial contributions to local organizations and individuals each year. We also have a great deal of fun.

Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad (SIOC) hosted two International visitors in October 2009 through a Soroptimist Friendship Grant. Sue Whitehead from Australia (left) and Boguslawa Kalita from Poland visited our region for three weeks with a goal to share ideas, experiences and best practices. They visited many clubs in the Desert Coast Region.
